When is the ideal time to water based on how perky the leaves are?

So we all know the leaves do a little dance throughout the day. They wake up around lights on and perk up for the day until a few hours before lights off and they start to droop. And they also do this dance based on how much water they are consuming. Should I water as soon as the leaves start to droop from lack of water? Or should I let them droop a wee bit before watering? How about even longer than a wee bit? When is the ideal time to hit them with water? Note: I cannot adequately perform the lift test because of how low and tight my trellis is. I’ve been slapping the sides of the pot to feel how hollow it is and have been looking at leaf droop via a Wyze cam.

I've never done this before!

So pleased with myself.

Confused...

Hey so a little while ago my gastro did an endoscopy and took a biopsy to check for celiac- he said the results showed I did not have it but I did show signs of damage in the small intestines, just not enough to diagnose me with celiac- I am confused, wouldn't that mean I do have it if I am showing any amount of damage? thanks!

Fell off the wagon. Help!!!

I lost 16 pounds in the last couple months. But a few days ago, I started eating like shit due to PMDD cravings. Anyone who has PMDD gets it, and anyone who doesn't, doesn't. I know technically no one forced me to eat, but it's not that easy. My period came a few days ago, and I'm still not back with it. Can you guys help motivate me? I was so determined, and then my hormones screwed me. I don't want to do this all over again, especially since this isn't the first time. I was so excited to fit into my smaller pants, and within a few days, they're back to being too tight. I haven't even weighed myself because I'm too scared of what the number will be. I just simply want to get back on track and maybe weigh myself in a couple weeks. I would especially appreciate encouragement from people with PMDD. You guys are my people.

If you’re looking for a bit more action, parts of the beach near the hotels are organized with all the amenities you need. But here’s the kicker walk a bit to the east, and you’ll likely have the beach all to yourself. ✈️🌟Exclusive Crete Travel Deals✨🌍 • ✈️ Discounted Flights & Hotel Bundles • 🚗 Cheap Car Rental • 🛡️ Travel Insurance • 🛵 Bike & Scooter Rental • 🏨 Hotels • 🎧 Private Knossos Audio Tour • 🗺️ Tours & Activities • 🚐 Airport Shuttle & Private Transfers At the eastern end, there’s this cute little bay called Psaropoula.
